Pada ajang CES 2014 Las vegas, sebuah produk baru dari Asus memperkenalkan Produk PadFone versi mini terbarunya. Smartphone Asus PadFone Mini 4.3 ini hadir berlayar 4 inci dan dock tablet berukuran 7 inci, Smartphone PadFone mini ini pun akan mulai dijual di Amerika Serikat dengan harga sekitar 250 USD.

Smartphone Asus PadFone mini ini mempunyai layar IPS + yang berukuran 4 inci dengan resolusi 800 x 480 piksel. Smartphone tersebut menggunakan OS Android Jelly Bean 4.3 dan merupakan salah satu gadget yang bisa melakukan update Android KitKat 4.4 di waktu mendatang.

Mengandalkan prosesor quad core berkecepatan 1.6GHz yang ditunjang oleh RAM 1GB, memori internal 8GB adalah satu fitur pembeda dengan versi Padfone mini sebelumnya yang memakai prosesor berbasis ARM. Dukungan slot microSD hingga 64GB. Di bagian belakang, terdapat kamera 8MP dan kamera sekunder 2MP di bagian depan.

Dock tablet PadFone mini ini berukuran 7 inci berteknologi IPS+ dengan resolusi 1280 x 800 piksel. Tablet tersebut memiliki baterai berkapasitas 2100 mAh. Sementara pada bagian smartphone terdapat baterai 1170 mAh.
